Product Building
Taking ideas from zero to one, designing, shipping and scaling digital products people return to.

I am a lawyer who understands the policies, risks and responsibilities involved in building products.
Over the years, I have built and grown products by listening to users, translating their pain points into practical solutions and using data to understand what works.
Through this passion, I want to own the full product-growth funnel from how users discover a product and experience it for the first time to how they continue using it, pay for it and advocate for it.
Overall, I want to keep building meaningful products, learning from brilliant people and, someday, become one of the greats.
My strongest work often begins where complexity becomes difficult to communicate. I turn product capability, customer problems and strategy into clear narratives that help users understand value, teams align around direction and stakeholders support action.

Presented product direction to partners, embassies and ecosystem organisations across 20 or more events.
Ran daily content experiments that grew an audience from zero to 12,000 in three months with no paid distribution.
Grew and moderated communities of 10,000 and 70,000 professionals, turning users into a live feedback channel.
Wrote a weekly curated newsletter that converted more than 1,000 readers into paid subscribers.
Synthesised 500 or more pieces of customer feedback and dozens of interviews into product decisions and roadmap changes.
