I grew a remote work platform from zero to more than 70,000 users and a community of more than 100,000 across 140 or more cities, with nothing spent on paid marketing. The community was the growth engine: members answered surveys, shaped the roadmap, referred their friends and became the first paying subscribers.
I built a career education community of more than 18,000 professionals across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn, and turned it into a profitable business with no paid distribution. Teaching first was the strategy: people who got results for free became the customers, the case studies and the loudest advocates.
