The research
More than 30 stakeholder interviews across levels and functions, combined with organisational data, to understand how work was actually distributed rather than how the org chart described it.

The analysis
I analysed more than 320 job descriptions and identified role gaps, duplicated responsibilities and concrete opportunities to improve the hiring process.

The delivery
Working with a cross functional advisory team, I helped prepare the reports and presentations that communicated complex findings to senior stakeholders in language they could decide on.
