I ran structured beta tests across the recruitment flow with Engineering, evaluating functionality and logging bugs before launch.

I synthesised research and testing findings into product documentation that helped Product and Design prioritise customer led improvements rather than internal assumptions.

Working with clients
I sourced candidates for more than 20 mid level roles using LinkedIn Recruiter and worked with clients to sharpen job requirements, which improved the quality of the matches the platform produced.
